Student Obligations
High School Student Obligation Information
Report cards have been held in the past for student obligations such as books, uniforms, cafeteria fees, or any other fees that may occur during the time your child has been enrolled at
Kingsway High School.
We will no longer hold report cards due to present and/or past student obligations that have accrued.
All students will no longer be able to attend Field Trips including the Senior Trip, Attend Club Activities – including dances
(Homecoming/ Prom), or join Sports unless obligations are paid.
Juniors that have not paid by the end of this school year will be ineligible to receive a Parking Permit for next school year.
Seniors will not receive diplomas at the end of the year until obligations are paid.
Students that owe an obligation receive a letter in homeroom periodically during the school year.
Obligation payments can be made in the High School Main Office, Monday – Friday from 8:00AM – 3:00PM.
If paying with cash, please have exact change.
If paying by check, please call (856) 467-3300 to find out how payment should be applied.
If a student has a large obligation that has accrued, please contact us and we can work out a payment plan.
We like to encourage all students to pay before the end of the school year.
For more information regarding obligations, please contact
Mrs. Gallen in the High School Main Office at ext. 4201 or by e-mail, gallenk@kingsway.k12.nj.us.
Thank you,
Mrs. Gallen
